Modern Collections

Both Franklite Ltd & Elstead Lighting have stunning and stylish modern light fittings for the modern home. Elstead have the Bamboo range which is unique in it's own right and has a bronze patina finish. The fittings consists of muti-arm pendants with a choice of 3, 5 or 8 lights, and a double or single wall light. Other Elstead collections are Ribbon, Darcy, Amarilli, Carisbrooke and Olivia to name a few. Franklite have the Asti range which has a choice of finishes. The collection consists of 3 or 5 light pendants and double or single wall lights, plus floor lamps and table lamps. Other modern Franklite collections include Fizz, Purity, Theory and Panache.

Since the early 1960s, quality hand made lighting products have been designed and developed by Elstead Lighting. Our origins date back to 1686 when we were founded as the village forge in Elstead, Surrey and served the local townsfolk as the village blacksmith. The picture above shows the original forge which was used right up until the end of the early 1970s and today the factory continues to offer products that exude hand crafted quality and tradition. The modern Elstead Lighting specialises in the design and manufacture of products that blend quality and style, whether they are classic or contemporary in appearance. Based in the heart of the Hampshire countryside in Alton, England, the company employs more than 80 staff over two sites and uses modern methods and machinery alongside the original hand crafted skills handed down over the years.
